The bridge between them — when a person in a conversation chooses to ask for help finding somewhere safe, the platform surfaces available verified organizations near them. The person decides what to share. The org receives only what was consented. Chiller Tech Support LLC operates the bridge and vets every organization on it.
The AI co-pilot

The co-pilot is built on Claude by Anthropic — one of the most carefully designed AI models available. We have written specific instructions that govern every response. Here is exactly what those instructions say.

What the co-pilot never does

Warm escalation — not redirection
When someone uses direct language about immediate intent, the co-pilot does not say "please call a hotline" and end the conversation. It stays. It acknowledges what was said. And it surfaces 988 as an option while keeping the conversation going:

Data & privacy
What we collect. What we store.
No identity collected
We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or location. You arrive anonymous and leave anonymous.
No conversation stored
When your session ends, the conversation is gone. We have no record of what was said. No logs. No database.
No tracking
No analytics on individual users. No advertising pixels. No fingerprinting. You are not a data point here.
The optional session key
If you want to resume a conversation later, you can request a 4-word session key — for example, blue-river-november-quiet. This key is generated locally in your browser. We never see it, never store it, and cannot retrieve it. If you lose it, the session cannot be recovered — by design.
Organization accountability
How organizations earn their place here.
Every organization on the back end of this platform went through the same process. There are no shortcuts and no exceptions.
Application submitted
Organization name, EIN, 501(c)(3) status, primary contact, mission statement, and the geographic area they serve.
Manual verification by Chiller Tech Support LLC
We verify the EIN against IRS records, review public filings, confirm active nonprofit status, and research the organization's track record. This is done by a human, not an algorithm.
Agreement signed
Before access is granted, the organization signs an agreement that includes: care responsibility transfer upon referral acceptance, data handling obligations, and acknowledgment that fraudulent applications result in public removal.
Access granted — free, permanently
Verified organizations receive full platform access at no cost. No trial period. No license fee. No expiration.
Fraud is called out publicly.If an organization misrepresents their status, operates outside their stated mission, or violates the care agreement, they are removed and the removal is logged in our public accountability record. The platform's integrity depends on this.
