I'm Still Here is a peer support tool. It is not a licensed mental health service, a medical provider, a therapist, a counselor, or a substitute for professional care. The AI co-pilot on this platform is designed to provide a quiet, non-judgmental conversational presence. It is not trained as a clinician and does not provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice of any kind.
I'm Still Here does not guarantee any outcome. No conversation on this platform constitutes a therapeutic relationship, a duty of care, or a clinical intervention.

What I'm Still Here is not
Chiller Tech Support LLC is a software company. I'm Still Here is a technology platform. We are not a mental health provider, a crisis line operator, a licensed social services agency, or a nonprofit. We are a bridge — technology that connects people who need support with verified organizations that are licensed and equipped to provide it.
The AI co-pilot does not replace human care. It is designed to hold a conversation until a person is ready to take a next step — if they choose to. The decision to seek help, share information, or connect with an organization belongs entirely to the person using the platform.
When a person chooses to connect with a verified organization through this platform, care responsibility transfers to that organization at the point of referral acceptance. Chiller Tech Support LLC's role ends at the handoff.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chiller Tech Support LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to: outcomes of conversations with the AI co-pilot, decisions made based on platform content, actions or inactions of verified partner organizations, or technical interruptions to service.
By using I'm Still Here, you acknowledge that you are using a peer support technology tool and not a licensed clinical service. You agree that Chiller Tech Support LLC is not responsible for outcomes that occur during or after your use of the platform.
Nothing in this limitation of liability excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy policy
What we collect. What we store. What we share.
The short version: we collect nothing that identifies you. We store nothing after your session ends. We share nothing because there is nothing to share.
No account required.You do not create an account to use I'm Still Here. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier.
No conversation logs. Conversations with the AI co-pilot are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. When your session ends, the conversation is deleted. We cannot retrieve it. Neither can law enforcement via subpoena, because it does not exist.
No location data. We do not collect, store, or transmit your location. If you choose to connect with a local organization, you may voluntarily share a city or zip code — that information goes only to the organization you select, only with your explicit consent.
No tracking or analytics. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or individual user analytics. We may collect aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics (total sessions, platform availability) for operational purposes only.
Session keys. If you choose to generate a session key to resume a conversation, that key is generated in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. We cannot recover it if lost.
Third-party AI processing.Conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude model via the Vercel AI Gateway. Anthropic's data processing terms apply to message content during inference. We do not pass any identifying information to Anthropic.
For organizations
Organization terms of access
Organizations accessing the back-end platform agree to the following as a condition of access:
- —You are a verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in good standing with the IRS.
- —You assume full care responsibility for any individual referred to your organization at the point you accept the referral.
- —You will not use referral data for any purpose other than directly serving the referred individual.
- —You will not sell, share, or transfer any referral data to third parties.
- —You will maintain accurate bed availability and service capacity information within the platform.
- —Misrepresentation of your organization's status or mission constitutes a material breach and will result in immediate removal and public accountability notice.
- —Access is free, permanent, and non-transferable. It cannot be sublicensed or resold.
